Super Scale is led by Michael Wieczorek. He has over a decade of real estate experience working for some of Canada's largest real estate companies including Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities, Laurentian Bank & Crombie REIT. He has a unique perspective on real estate development based on his varied experience in commercial property acquisitions, construction financing underwriting and property development. He has completed a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.
He founded Super Scale in 2020 to offer developers independent fee-based services with a focus on feasibility study AI technology and advanced Excel spreadsheet modeling.
