This allowed our client to gain a deeper understanding of total costs at each stage and to make informed adjustments to their construction plan based on incoming sales data.

To address this need, we developed a detailed, multi-acquisition proforma that incorporates an overall fund returns dashboard, allowing for evaluation of potential returns to both general and limited partners.

Our client was in possession of a 60-acre undeveloped site and required sophisticated analysis to determine the most viable phasing and feasibility plan. To address this challenge, we utilized our advanced AI software to create numerous realistic site plans. Subsequently, we constructed multiple investment-banker grade proformas, which were consolidated into a master project proforma, allowing for the generation of a range of potential scenarios based on evolving market conditions.
